St. Louis City Urgent Care

Went here on a Sunday around 12:05 and was out the door 30 mins later. It was empty, only one other person came in after me. I decided to go here because they accept my son's healthcare, Missouri Care. There is parking on the street. The nurses was nice and the doctor was very good with my two year old. They only give you two short forms to fill out, so you're not wasting time filling out your whole medical history. The place had a nice decor and the waiting room was big with plenty of seating, a big fish tank, vending machine, and TV. Will be going back!

Horrible. I came with plenty of time left before there new hours said they clos d, they left me standing outside, would only answer the phone. She said they were denying my care because the doctor didn't want to see anymore patients . Dispicable people.

I was in and out in 15 minutes! Very fast. They take Medicaid with no copay. Much better than Total Access. MUCH!

This is my second time here at fast track on Chippewa south city and I brought my 12 year old grandson in and so glad I did! He was diagnosed with pneumonia and we went home with 6 different prescriptions. The wait time was 2 hours but in defense of the clinic there were a LOT of sick people there with fever coughing etc and there was only one doctor attending to everyone. I really liked the lady doc ( cant remember her name) . I love all the docs here. She took time with everyone and didn't rush anyone and everyone got a thorough exam. I will always use this place cause they are very caring compassionate and professional but down to earth and friendly. I went here last Friday and will NEVER EVER go back. The front desk staff and the nurse were very nice but the DR not only was unprofessional, he hardly spoke and never made eye contact. He had no idea what he was doing and then gave me a random diagnosis ( that I could have treated myself) and Offered ZERO empathy! Clearly it was close to closing time and he didn't want to be bothered. I wouldn't take my DOG to this place they call a "Urgent Care"
