Front staff was friendly and polite. Dr. Wooten was alright. Unfortunately didn't give me true answers to anything and I feel rushed out. I was given antibiotics and hope it will clear me up. Unfortunately I fear my symptoms got worse but better in some case?? Unsure what's going on with my body. I was unable to reach another doctor in time so I went back to the Urgent care. Dr Sheffeild was a absolute DOLL. I was very happy when she actually listened to my symptoms and problems. So also helped me with finding a Primary doctor that doesn't take insurance. I really appreciate her and her kindness helping me through this rough patch im in.
If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. On January 5, 2026, I was effectively denied service after waiting more than two hours to be seen. After such a long wait, I asked whether I could wait in my car, which has been permitted during previous visits. I was told I would receive a text when it was time to return. I never received a text and therefore assumed my name had not yet been called. When I returned inside, I noticed that patients who arrived after me were being taken back. I asked whether my name had been called, and the receptionist was unaware that it had been. This indicated a clear breakdown in communication between the nursing staff and the front desk. I was reassured multiple times by the receptionist that I would still be seen, including being told that a manager ha
I’ve never been the type to leave reviews unless it’s necessary but I absolutely need to leave a review. I am sooo very impressed with the staff here. I cut my arm open at work 2.21.26 & they referred me here & I was literally in tears walking in lol I was absolutely terrified because I knew I’d need some sort of staple or stitch done, i was scared & in pain & I had all sorts of emotions. They helped me immediately & they were so kind & so sweet to me even though I was so overwhelmed I felt so bad omg but they were so kind, understanding & caring & it made me feel a lot better about this entire situation. I only remember one of them telling me their name & I’m pretty sure she told me her name was Mary, but she was an absolute angel like one of the sweetest ladies I had ever met in my life.
I had to take my Aunt to Urgent Care. I checked in online prior to the visit. We didn't have to wait long. It was my first time at this office. We were greeted while walking in. The nurse that called us to the back was very sweet. She was very attentive. The guy that check us out answered all of my questions. I can't forget about the physician, I think he asked alot of good questions. He showed care and concerned. He gave directions on the next steps. He was very knowledgeable and kind. I think his name was Dr. Alden. We didn't feel rush. Everyone seemed happy to be at work. Thanks for a good visit.
Worse experience ever all they wanted was my co pay. Then after they took my co pay I was able to see the nurse not even the doctor. I had a bad tooth ache the nurse told me there is nothing they can do to help me I don't believe I'm the first to go in there with a tooth ache. Why did not the receptionist let me know that this place don't do tooth ache but all they want is a co pay upfront so u can be denied help. Worse experience felt non human when getting help from the staff I was treated like a $ not a person. All they cared about was co pay. It just sucks to know this is 2025 and we still have 1890 attitude. I just pray we all get better at life. Please know urgent care is not for American Tax paying Citizens. Please use ur insurance wisely always find u a primary doctor. I learned th
