From the moment we arrived, she showed professionalism, kindness, and genuine concern for my child’s well‑being. Before the procedure, she took the time to clearly explain every step, what she would be doing, and what to expect. Her calm and patient way of communicating helped me feel confident and reassured. After the procedure, she personally came to speak with me again and explained the next steps for my son’s post‑care. She made sure I understood everything and that I felt supported. Jamie is amazing! Super sweet on the phone and just incredibly helpful. I told her I wished all doctors office had people like her to help customers, and answer the phone as quickly and cheerfully as she did. She not only volunteered to help look up my updated insurance plan, as I wasnt sure the updated information change since January. She called back to let me know she found it and it was in network. Going above an beyond! Even though we didnt end up needing to go in that day as I previously thought. I wanted to write about the experience since its so rare to encounter people who leave a great impression purely by a phone call. That is how you know you have a great employee. This dental office is absolutely AMAZING! This was my daughter’s and my first visit, and I am beyond impressed by the kindness and professionalism we received from start to finish. Dr. Carla is truly awesome! She took the time to thoroughly explain everything regarding my daughter’s teeth and even walked me through the X-rays so I could fully understand. The entire staff was incredible with my daughter. She did SO well—and I was honestly shocked! 😂 Normally, I’d have to hold her still, but this time all I had to do was cheer my baby on. That speaks volumes about how patient, gentle, and caring the team is. If your child needs a new dentist, I HIGHLY recommend Pooler Pediatric Dentistry with Dr. Carla. The lady at the front desk was so nice and sweet and made sure I got my doctor’s note for my baby to return to daycare without me even asking! Everyone was well mannered and so nice. I have nothing wrong to say about my experience. They were Real patient with my two year old and made him feel comfortable. I highly recommend this facility!
