St. Joseph's Health Urgent Care

I have taken my mom to this site twice. 1st time everyone was lovely including security. This 2nd time we were greeted with such an attitude for absolutely no reason all we did was walk in. I greeted her "good afternoon" and she said nothing and that's fine, but not at a facility where the sick seek medical refuge. I work at a women's health facility and I don't care what kind of day I'm having but all of my ladies will be greeted with a smile and if I can't do that I'll stay home. It's only us looking in to everyone walking through those doors. (My mom is 90 years old with stage 3 breast cancer and she asked me "what's wrong with her we just got here") As we were leaving I still thanked her, said "good night: and "enjoy your weekend" Practioner Dan was awesome! Thank you!!!

I went here today. I wasn’t able to be seen because the lady at the front desk said there’s an issue with my insurance and the out of pocket co pay was $100. I explained to her that I shouldn’t have a on the spot co pay because nothing has changed with my insurance. The girl in the back came out to take me in and the lady at the front desk stopped her and didn’t let her see me. I explained to her that I always go to their location in clifton and that I always pay a co pay but I normally get billed after i’m seen. I went after work on the same day to the one in clifton and they were amazing. I explained to the location in clifton and they were still very helpful. I was seen and attended to in a great manner in the clifton location. I will never go back to the one in totowa and I don’t recom

This place is very insurance driven. It should be no reason why a nurse and doctor have to repeat to me 3 times that i’m going to receive a bill for urine culture test. I GOT IT THE FIRST TIME, let alone i already paid the 175 out of pocket just to see a doctor for 2 minutes and get prescribe basically AZO. Ive never in my life been treated such way just because i paid out of pocket, even the front desk lady was trying to charge my OLD insurance card after i told her its not active. JUST CHARGE MY CARD AND GET ME IN.I heard more about my pockets, bill and insurance then i did for what i needed. Never will i ever step foot in there again

I was referred to this Urgent Care by a nursing service to remove staples from my head. The reviews are frightening. Since my cardiologist's office moved to Minnisink road nothing is the same copays prior to being seen missed appts not followed up. Disappointed.

I've been here twice just because it was after hrs. from my primary doctors office and on a weekend. The 2 times it was literally getting treated less than 30 min. I rather come here than wait hrs. at the emergency room. Of course It not being a major emergency. Everyone was very pleasant and professional.
