I have to say this was such a great experience. The office manager Cynthia was so kind on the phone answering my questions. Then being greeting was very pleasant. Very simple check in process. Diana was our medical assistant and she was knowledgeable and helped my son feel comfortable. And Dr. Klele was just awesome. He is down to earth, treats you and your family like real people. I have only had excellent experiences with Dr. Michael Klele through both in-office and telehealth visits. He is consistently thorough, kind, and incredibly patient, always taking the time to clearly explain every aspect of my care and health process. I truly appreciate how transparent and informative he is, and how he never makes you feel rushed during appointments, you feel like his only priority and that he truly has your best interest at heart. I always leave an appt feeling like he is really looking out for my health and well being, never forgetting to ask about my really young kids and family. Scheduling is also seamless. My family has been going to to University Heath & Urgent care for the past few years! The staff is professional, kind, and extremly helpful and will answer any questions you may have! Dr. Mike is a catalyst and a rockstar in his field most importantly he has an exceptional bed side manner. For us as a family that is most important. He really takes the time to listen and care about your concerns. Dr. Mike is extremly knowleldgeable and discusses with you a treatment plan that works for you. It's so wonderful to find a medical practice that really cares about there patients. This is the best Urgent care I have ever visited. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Girls in the office are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. First time I met Dr. Mike. He was very professional, great personality for making you feel very comfortable, very helpful and most of all knows his stuff. I was waiting three days for a call back from my regular doctor’s office and didn’t from them - so glad - I would have ever got a change to meet Dr. Mike and his staff.

I had a great experience. The staff was professional, efficient, and very respectful, especially considering the urgency of the visit. They moved quickly without making me feel rushed. The doctor was excellent,calm, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly while making sure I was comfortable. You can tell they truly care about their patients.
