All personnel is very kind and attentive. Dr. Aguero is an amazing professional. I was always afraid of dentists and with her I feel confident and relaxed to just lay down and let her do her job. She’s always looking for the best outcome for us, her patients. There’s very good people in here.

I’m there pretty often between the ER and being admitted for several medical issues. They’re always super friendly and they’ve always done whatever it took to get me taken care of even though I have an extensive and complicated medical history.

I had a medical issue and ended up going to the medical center today. I did not have an appointment but my PCP is affiliated with them. The staff recognized the urgency and they fit me in. I would like to commend Bridget, Karen, June and Keegan. They were so kind and helped me immensely.

RUDE. Stopped in to inquire about their adjacent sister business' hours since I was informed by another practice in their network that they would be open. The hopefully completely untrained but unaccompanied receptionist could not answer a simple question in a professional manner. Adequate professional CSR training exists. If this practice does not value this position, it does not value any other. I'm glad my MD is not out of this office. But judging from the other ratings, they don't care or read.

I don't usually review places or services but today was just absolutely ridiculous, no one should ever go through the bad service here. First to start off with the "doctor" that was so unprofessional basically was leaving the room while I was asking her if I was all set to go and she backed out the room while saying "yep". Ended up getting medication prescribed to me, my usual pharmacy is Walmart but they closed at 7PM and at that time it was 7:35 so I called back to kindly ask if it was possible to change pharmacies from Walmart to CVS since Walmart closed already. The lady on the phone said she would put in a note for that, again no accurate answer so I asked her if I could get a call back to confirm whether they're able to switch from Walmart to CVS or not. I was in the area so I was sh
