St. Joseph Mercy Chelsea COVID-19 Screening Site

I made an appointment for a rapid covid test for 7am, and was turned away. Not sure if I made a mistake, or a glitch on the app for appointment making. When I called to ask questions about my appointment the person who answered the phone was extremely rude. She did not take the time to listen to me at all, she cut me off to tell me I was in the wrong place. She didn't bother to put me on hold, as she spoke to a person in the background, referring to me as, "some lady on the phone....". It takes zero time to be compassionate & understanding. I was very very ill, and ended up in urgent care. I was highly disappointed by the way I was spoke to on the phone...People calling could be severely ill, in pain, or scared...Please be mindful when handling the phones.
