The worst hospital in the world. If you want to stay alive DO NOT COME HERE! My dad came in walking and they destroyed him. They lost lab samples and took 3 weeks to get what should have taken 5 days. They only noticed a week in and could not explain what happened to the lab samples or where the error occurred. The nurse, Jessica takes pleasure in seeing people in pain and starts laughing. The more pain the patient incurs, the more joy and pleasure she gets. She should not be working with people, especially defenseless and sick patients. She intentionally causes pain out of pure enjoyment. Very evil. Most staff members, specifically Rubin do not follow directions from doctors. He needs to feel powerful and not help families with loved ones. He did not listen to doctors orders and did not

My family recently moved from Massachusetts to New Hampshire, and unfortunately my 4-year-old daughter needed emergency care after having a seizure. We had a very bad experience from the beginning. The 911 phone service was extremely slow. It took around 10 minutes for the ambulance to arrive at our home. In Massachusetts, when we previously had an emergency, help arrived in less than 3 minutes. When we arrived at the hospital, my daughter had a very high fever and had just suffered a febrile seizure. She urgently needed medication to prevent another seizure. However, it took approximately 3 hours for a doctor to see her and give her the medication — and only after we called the nurses four times asking for help. It was extremely distressing to see a 4-year-old child in that condition w

Exceptional Care and Compassion at St. Joseph’s Birth Center From the moment we arrived at the Birth Center at St. Joseph Hospital, we felt supported, cared for, and truly valued. The entire team — from the nurses and midwives to support staff — created an environment that was calm, reassuring, and family-centered. Every detail of our experience reflected professionalism and compassion. The staff took time to explain each step of the process, answer every question, and make sure both mom and baby were safe and comfortable. Their kindness and attentiveness made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and empowering. The unit itself is beautifully maintained — clean, peaceful, and designed to make families feel at home. You can tell that everyone there genuinely loves what

Unfortunately, not a good experience with ER at all. Sent to the ER by my PCP with possible internal bleeding. Sat in waiting room for 5.5 hours, while people with bloody noses were seen first. I didn’t complain once, just waited. Finally a woman came out, brought me in an office, and told me they didn’t feel like anything was wrong with me because I wasn’t complaining of pain and my vitals looked good. At the same time this is happening she is explaining to my wife and I that they gave her the role of notifying people that the ER was overbooked and send people on their way. So with zero tests run, no bloodwork, they sent me on my way with possible internal bleeding because their triage is pathetic. She said “we can run bloodwork to test for anemia but aside from that, we’ll probably just

God bless all the staff at St. Joseph. Everyone I met was so kind and compassionate. Right from checking in and my emergency surgery for a hernia on Saturday. I was impressed the whole time. Thank you so much!
