St. Johns Urgent Family Care

I give St. John’s Urgent Family Care the highest recommendation possible. The staff there was so caring and professional. Specifically, Amanda and Dr. Dan took such good care of my daughter who had developed a large cyst under her arm. They cared for us as if we were family. I am so thankful to them. If you ever need urgent care anywhere in the area, I would recommend this place. They were absolutely phenomenal!

Went the other day to get blood work after surgery just to make sure white blood cell counts were down. (Advised my my surgeon to do about a week before our follow up appt) everything was alright when I got there but when the physician came into the room he started ridiculing me like I didn’t need to be there and do that and was pretty rude most of the time until I told him I’d just leave if they didn’t want to do it. I ended up staying and they lady who came in to take my blood after was telling a new hire not to use the butterfly needles because they’re more expensive and they don’t like ordering them (just a weird thing to say in front of a patient) honestly the Dr didn’t even start treating me like you should treat a patient until I almost passed out from getting my blood drawn. I would like to thank the entire staff at St. John's Urgent Family Care. They were so incredibly kind, and got me in quickly. I had a painful bump under my arm, and they took care of it and reassured me the whole time. Special shout out to Amanda, who held my hand during the tougher parts (I have a fear of needles!).

Visited urgent care 10/9/25. I was stung a couple of times by some kind of bee. But I feel like I was being rushed out the door for them to close two hours early. I was given a Benadryl shot five minute later was told the shot would take about 15:00 minutes then I was release. They did not even wait to see if it would work or not. Or even to see if I had a reaction Seemed like closing early was more important.

Highly recommend this walk in clinic...i am not from the area but needed to be seen..from front desk staff walking in, taking my info all the way to PA on staff that saw me..what a great group of professionals..Especially including the medical assistant who did my vitals & with blood drawing...all courteous, gentle, informative down to earth, humble professionals in a super clean atmosphere.....AAA+ Services
