St John's Pediatrics

Dealt with this practice for about 10 years everything was awesome until I decided to defend being insulted by Dr Leticia Abrea. Because I chose to not let her brush off my concerns about my autistic child and spoke up I was told that I’m being discharged from the practice for rude behavior. However what Dr Abrea displayed was disrespectful. My concern about my kid should always be priority because it is your job and what you specialize in. She snickered at me brushed me off and that that it was okay and because she is one of the owners there wasn’t anything I could do about being discharged. I am shocked at the behavior and response from this practice about how I was treated.

There are a lot of great things about this office. They are responsive, easy to deal with, and easy to schedule. However the last time I went in Dr Dizon decided when I was out of the room to lecture my daughter about her sexuality and preach to her about "god." That is not her place in any way shape or form. Is this a church or a doctor's office?

I am the parent of a medically complex /severely delayed child and we came to St John's pediatrics because my previous doctor was not longer in network with my insurance. At first, I wasn't sure but it was the closest pediatrician to my house, so I decided to go with them for convenience. I have not regretted my decision. Everyone at this doctor's office is extremely professional, helpful, kind and especially patient. My daughter is a difficult patient and they are always so patient with her. She also requires referrals often and Reilen always makes sure these are done ASAP. Thanks for taking such a good care of my daughter!

The team at this center is truly one of the best. The ladies at the front desk are nice, caring and thorough. The medical and practitioner team are amazing! I love Ms. Jane! I have 3 little ones and they all have been at this center since they were babies. If you are a new mommy, or a mommy looking for a new pediatrician, I highly, highly recommend these ladies. I have been bringing my two children here for 10 years and absolutely love it!!! THE BEST pediatricians office in Jacksonville. Awesome staff, fantastic doctors. The facility is always clean, I can always get an appointment, even last minute, and the Dr's and staff are so friendly and thorough. They actually care about your family!!! I cannot say enough about this office, simply amazing!!!
