St. Francis Urgent Care - West Monroe

The nurse i had was absolutely incredible, she's very sweet and kind. Love her ❤️ she is very sympathetic to how you feel. The Doctor is also just as awesome, treated me a person not an object like alot of Dr do. Hope to see them somewhere other than there work place. Everyone there was extremely kind 😇. Staff were friendly and wait time was minimal, but I think I was given the wrong Covid test result. I took the exact same test they used prior to my visit and it was negative. I’ve taken two tests since and both negative.

I came in from out of town and needed to be seen. They got me in really quick and were super nice and professional. I feel much better two days later and am so grateful for them.

Very pleased with the care, and quality of service at this location. They were busy, but saw to my needs in a timely fashion. I felt like they listened to what I had to say and took that into consideration when diagnosing.

This urgent care site is top tier imo because ,when there, the amount of love and attention to detail coupled with patient care and concern is exceptional. This site and lincoln rd set the standard that should be mirrored by St Francis Medical Center. GodSpeed!
