Just want to take a moment to express how truly grateful I am for the care I received from this location. They were extremely busy all rooms were full, and I came in with an arm injury in excruciating pain. Everyone was so polite and professional, I can’t express how truly thankful I am for everyone’s care. Dr. Smith, Clint, Kathleen, the medic I can’t recall his name, and very grateful for the travel nurse from San Antonio who was attending as well. If you’re looking for a quality care, with respect, I highly recommend this ER.

2 stars because the night doctor was great and eventually they were able to assist with the pain. I was the only patient and staff was incredibly slow & lackadaisical. I couldn’t care less if staff cared, but c’mon I’m experiencing severe pain and they’re not providing timely aid.

St. Davids ER was fantastic. Everyone was attentive, kind. patient, and supportive. They answered all our questions, guided us through the entire process, helped with hospital admission, and put us at ease. Registration was easy, including easy follow up with additional info we needed but didn't have on hand. The wait time was Zero! We walked in and were seen immediately. They provided quality medical care across the board - techs, nurses, doctors, admissions... everyone! The doctors and the overall experience (at the Leander ER and the Round Rock hospital) were amazing!

The nurses on staff this past wknd (Saturday) showed incredible lack of care for my daughter. They didn't take her seriously, she has POTS, when she was weak, nauseous, migraine, vertigo. She asked for nausea medicine, nurses were in the hall laughing and talking holding the nausea medicine in their hand and we had to tell her to bring it in the room. The doctor was great, nurses looked like they would rather be anywhere else than there tending to patients.

All of the doctors I had last night were wonderful until I got a female doctor when I was about to leave. She came in with a very angry attitude and littlerly ripped the IV out of my arm, instead out taking it out like a normal person. I have a large bruise from her irresponsible actions and I will be pressing charges. This is not the first time this specific nurse/doctor has been like this to me. She does not care about the patients and is there for the money.
