Horrible billed Medicare over $9000 a month and only was with my dad twice a week for half hour and often the time was spent on other clients.. Cause more harm to my dad with drugs he didn’t need nor asked for

St Croix bought out Hospice of Siouxland back in December 2024. Shortly after they cut my mother’s weekend services for her ALS. The reason she was not “actively dying at a fast enough pace for weekend services to be out in place”.

I was so pleased when I found out about St Croix hospice. They were so helpful in Joe transitioning into care and all at our home, where he was surrounded by our family. Their attentiveness to his and our needs with kindness, caring, professionalism, comforting confidence and love was priceless and unending. Two years later, I am still so grateful God brought these people to get through the greatest loss in my life.

Our family is so grateful to St. Croix hospice. They brought comfort to our family as they helped care for our loved one in our home. They were kind, loving, and professional and helped us in more ways than can be expressed. Thank you for all you did.
