I'll start off with, I HATE going to dentist period. It's all the scraping, poking, mouth open forever etc. I went for a regular Cleaning last month. Walking in I was dreading it. I hadn't been in years. I was pleasantly surprised how amazing the appointment went! The hygienist was so gentle, no unnecessary comments on how long it's been, they put a tv show for even the adults which helped me relax. I made a comment on how I just hate coming, it's the metal scraping, cold water sprayed on my teeth etc. She used a water pick instead and made sure the water temp was just right. And none of the nagging open your mouth more comments. I've always taken my child there a day he loves Dr Jenny. He literally ask to go to the dentist. He loves it so much! I am a new patient of Dr. Jenny, I left my 30 plus dentist, however Dr. Jenny and her team, help me put my mind on easy with the excellent service they provide. Elite Dentistry has completely changed my anxiety around going to the dentist. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a warm smile. All of the staff are super amazing! They do a great job at explaining every step, checking in on you throughout the process, and reading body language. Dr. Jenny Smith is amazing. I have been to MANY Dentists’ Offices over the years and none come close to the service and staff at Elite Dentistry. I was looking for a new dentist in January and stumbled upon Elite. I am so glad I did! I have severe anxiety about going to the dentist, but Dr. Jenny and her staff are top notch! They are so patient and understanding of my fears and help make me at ease. The front desk staff has the best customer service I have witnessed as well! I won’t go to another dentist office again!
