St. Croix Falls Eye Associates

It’s was my first time coming to this location and I’m very pleased with the results. My eyes have been bugging me lately, and I’ve never had glasses before. I was stressed about something wrong with my eyes- because of the fact I’ve never had glasses. The Eye Doctor was very good at explaining each step, and he reassured me my eye health was good, i just have a slight prescription. The front desk ladies are wonderful, and very helpful. I also think I sat there for 30 minutes or more just trying to pick out a frame, but they were kind and patient with me. I want just want to give a big thanks for everyone there! Probably the best experience I’ve ever had, and considering this was my first time going to the specific eye doctor, very much going to be staying with the company Eye Associates.

I've had glasses my entire life. Today I had the best experience I've ever had getting an eye exam and new pair of glasses. They went above and beyond to provide me glasses within the same day of my new prescription. After I explained I broke my glasses and need some for an upcoming trip. Just awesome!

Dr. Dolphin gave a very detailed eye exam and showed genuine concern for my vision, especially since I an a diabetic and vision problems among diabetics is common. She obviously enjoys her work and is skilled in the use of the high tech equipment at her disposal. She is an excellent teacher I have recommended her to my wife..

I was rushed and not listened too. Said I wanted glasses Dr.Tran said because of my age I'd need bifocals. When he asked about contacts I said I was interested but not right now. Then he said let's try this, and brought me 2 different script contacts, one weaker than the other, "to read better" i read just fine. Then said to come back in a week. When I said my insurance was up after that day , he said that's fine contacts were good for 6mo. I didn't want contacts, but he didn't listen. I won't be returning.

I had always had VSP Insurance, but we were offered eyemed I specifically called ask them if they accepted eyeMed and if we were in their Network I was told yes!!! My husband and I get to our appointment and yes it pays for our exam but nothing on glasses because we're out of network is not a happy camper. REALLY WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME..
