I had a wonderful experience at Orchin + Orchin. Everyone I encountered was knowledgeable, kind and compassionate from the moment I stepped into the office for my consultation. Clear aligners were a perfect option for me, as an adult client with some complex variables. My teeth look amazing. I can't believe the transformation! I’m not joking with you, every time I’ve went here there hasn’t been a single employee in a bad mood. Everyone is so nice and understanding and patient. They genuinely want to work with you and help you. Extremely kid friendly they’re very nice and good people. Their staff is kinder than kwik trips.

I would like preface this review that the first impression staff were lovely, they were kind, and made my 8 year old feel very comfortable. Mr. Orchin came into the room gave me the treatment option that included pulling of two teeth. When he was complete, I in a kind tone just stated I wasnt comfortable pulling teeth as part of the treatment. His demeanor immediately changed and became very defensive, to the point I put my hand up and said woah I'm feeling attacked. He asked why I didn't feel comfortable pulling teeth. I gave my reasoning as a mother has every right to do, and question any procedure I'm putting my child through. His response was "well you can take your business elsewhere, I won't treat her without pulling the teeth". He left the room and the treatment coordinator had to a

This office went way out of their way to make sure my 12 year old got the braces she needs. From the beginning, I have felt like the staff here like what they do and treat people with respect and kindness to the max. I’m so glad we selected Orchin and Orchin for our daughter’s dental care. Been nothing but positive!!!
