I called 15 minutes before they closed and asked if they handle stitches before we walked in. She said yes, but we are closing in 5 minutes. I said you close at 8, it’s 7:45. She said well we have people waiting. I said so you’re telling me you are going to turn us away before you even close and she said yes! Whoever responds to this, don’t believe me? Check the call log. I don’t need you to respond with the same typed basic response you give everyone. I need this office to do better.
I gave one start because I had too. If you want any kind of compassion or care, don't go here. They are awful. Be mindful that it says they close at 8pm and they tell you that they take their last patient back at 7:30 but that is not true. I checked in at 7:20 and they refused to see me. They literally had one patient and said they were too busy. I needed to sit in their waiting area to get a virtual visit and I was asked to leave. I am a healthcare professional and was embarrassed by the behavior of these lazy and uncaring doctors and nurses. I will never go there and wish I knew their names. I intend to call the office manager tomorrow to discuss my experience to save someone else, but I will never go there.
Absolutely useless. I went here for a possible muscle tear yesterday because the website says they treat sprains and extremity injuries, and didn’t want to jam up the ER with something non life-threatening. After I had already paid my copay and got into the room, the imaging tech told me, “you know we don’t have any types of scans besides x-rays, so we really won’t be able to tell you what’s wrong with your leg.” No, I wouldn’t have known that since this is an urgent care, and the website would lead one to believe otherwise… then the PA comes in and tells me if I want a scan, I need to go to the ER. When I asked if it’s a script I can get from the doctors office she said, “I wouldn’t wait, because this could be a blood clot and potentially life-threatening condition.” No wonder the ERs are
Went in for a blood test without an appointment & was taken within 10 minutes & the nurse administering the blood test was very kind and friendly and very professional. One time with the needle & we were done. As painless as can be for that type of test. She did an excellent job . . . 👏 👍
So, I think the complainers are way off mark. I had been to this place by myself earlier today, but also 3 other times with various fam members and an elderly neighbor. Every time, the care was prompt (and waiting time estimate readily available on demand on the wall screen). Brooke Scheider the RN, with the support of her nurse and radiologist, were friendly, kind, timely, attentive and helpful. Brooke explained her diagnosis and recommended treatment in understandable terms. Kudos Ma’am! My advice to the critics: 1. Be respectful, 2. Be patient, 3. Ask questions and explain the illness history and symptoms fully. 4. If feel you are shortchanged and need more testing or a different prescription, state on clearly and ina friendly manner. 5 Moreover, and above all, BE HUMBLE. The medical t
