Dr. Lopez is terrible, the receptionist is rude, they treat you poorly, they are rude. I made a mistake choosing this clinic. I do not recommend it.

We've had only good experiences in the last 9 years we've been using this practice. I've called after hours when my children have been sick and always get a call back from a doctor or NP within 30 mins. Doctors are thorough and respectful. They've never batted an eye about our decision to home educate or forego supplementary immunizations. They don't mind a sibling being present, eliminating my need to find a babysitter. Medical assistants are friendly and cheerful, making my kids feel comfortable. Saturday morning sick appointments have been very helpful and keep us from needing to go to urgent care. The new facility has plenty of parking and is spacious on the inside, allowing ample space between well and sick children. Of course there is often a wait, but that is the case with all doct

Horrible customer service representative, with horrible accent and if you don’t understand her accent and ask her to repeat she will hangouts on you. You have to call and leave voice messages hundred times but nobody call you back or respond you. Medical assistant and nurses are so rude and without any empathy to the child. Doctors if you don’t want to loose your patients!

My son has been going here since he was a baby and a little while back they said they were no longer going to accept his insurance but then switched and said they were. Just took him for an appointment a few weeks ago and then last night received a letter saying oh we're not accepting his insurance anymore. So now I have to either go with the doctor his insurance picked for him or try to find another decent doctor. Just absurd. I will say the new location is very nice but sadly only got to enjoy it for one visit.

This is one of the worst office to ever exist down to front desk down to medical assistants down to office manager. Asia is very rude, had me on hold on the sick Patient line for over 35 minutes not knowing if it’s a real emergency or not. Then when she got back on the phone after 35 minutes of waiting, for her to give me an appointment time didn’t say hello. Didn’t say excuse me are you still on the line? None of that and just proceeded to tell me a time. I would definitely not recommend this office at all if you’re looking for immediate care of course this is the last place to EVER call! Just so nasty so rude and so unprofessional!
