St. Charles Urgent Care

My experience here was truly amazing. I was taken in very quickly, and the level of care I received was outstanding. My nurse, Brad, made me feel so comfortable and reassured me that everything was going to be okay. He even stayed after the center had closed and after his shift ended to make sure my ride arrived safely. My PA, Meredith Helfrich, was also wonderful and made sure I received all the necessary tests. I’m incredibly grateful for the care I received.

I Love the condescending nurses that worked the front desks that give a time frame for help. You are telling them you can barely move. You go well past the estimated wait time while seeing multiples of people coming out you go up to check and you get oh yeah sorry with no actual update Right before they close I have never been to a place so bad with care and wait times. You are literally better off at the emergency room compared to here. DO NOT COME HERE.

Got in was took less than 5 minute to call me back, doctors was quick and thoro! Best urgent care experience I've had.

Providers are quick to say "fluids and rest". This urgent care has an assembly line feel, with no treatment options.

After reading the reviews, I was hesitant to go to St. Charles Urgent Care South, but my son recommended them so I did. No problems or long wait times at all. They did a very good job treating me. I would go back.
