St. Charles Medical Center Redmond

My wife was transported via ambulance to Redmond Hospital May 2024 for a stroke and the care while there three days was fantastic! The staff, especially the nurses were the best! They made us fill like family. Today December 12, 2025 my wife was admitted for a suspected stroke. Turned out she had super high calcium levels. Again, the staff and nurses were the best. The staff are salt of the earth. Again the nurses were the best! She will spend the night there! Hopefully she will be able to come home tomorrow! If not, they know what’s best for her for her. I’m sharing a picture of the two nurses that spent the day with her. Also the food was fantastic! I would recommend this hospital to anyone! Jim and Georgia

Broke my wrist while I was visiting my Dad. The entire medical staff were amazing and so good with my husband and two kids, making them feel at ease. I was so well looked after I really appreciate all they did! Julie McCloud, Sydney Australia

Absolutely the best care I could have gotten in my situation! I’m not saying it’s the best like Maui or anything, but the whole place is so calm, cool, and collected. Creating the environment I could fully relax, letting my guard down, in order to make sure I was getting the care I needed, that only licensed pros provide. I really feel better in a way I didn’t even expect! Thank you so much!!

The facility is clean, 🧽 🧼 organized, well layed out. Staff has been adequately nice, communication regarding status of patient has been quite negligible. Currently waiting nearly 2.5 hours for an update in stage 1 recovery. Stage 2 recovery, no update. Finally got to go back into see the patient. Volunteers are not eager to be of assistance. The gift shop has limited supplies. The ambiance is pleasant. 🚽 Bathrooms are clean and handicapped accessible. Communication would have made this visit much less stressful.

The issue got fixed.. But they did it in a hallways next to a felon screaming in handcuffs with cops all around. The visit was less than pleasant and I asked for a discounted rate. 6 months later I get a notice in the mail stating they would NOT be discounting the bill. If you provide a service for full price, you should be getting the service you’re paying for. If it was any other business that would have been the case. I will not go to this hospital again based on this. Shame on this establishment.
