I receive my hearing aid care through the VA, but when my hearing aid receiver broke near the tip at 3:30pm, and the VA didn't have drop in care for emergency help, I ended up calling the Bend Office to see if they could get me in. Fortunately, Ella was able to direct me to the Redmond Office, and Becky and Shayne were able to help me on the spot! Additionally, Shayne provided some great help and insight on the differences between a couple of hearing aid brands that the VA carries. Both of them were great! I highly recommend this office and its providers.

Time to replace my old Costco aids. Researched local providers and found Tricia. Getting an appointment was easy, location is perfect in Redmond, front desk (Becky) is especially friendly, and Tricia is very knowledgeable and thorough, and then clearly explains the how’s and why’s of the various options. More importantly, are the number of follow-up visits to refine the fit and function of the aids and answer questions regarding their use. My hearing loss is pretty severe (rock bands, machinery, guns, motorcycles, and more loud music) so I need lots of help to hear conversation (especially grandkids). I wish I could give 5+ stars regarding my first meeting with Tricia! Professional while welcoming to her practice and thorough with every detail. I did not feel rushed and she explained every step of the process to identify which product would be best for my hearing needs without the typical 'sales pitch'. I would recommend her without hesitation.

I went to Costco for a test and was impressed with the technology and ordered from them. they tuned them for me on delivery and are having me come back as often as needed for more adjustments and service. Costco receives no commission so you are not receiving aids that are chosen for profit but are chosen for your needs. you had issues with charging workmans' compensation too much and had to adjust your bill by i think was $1.000.00 mor than they allowed and i saw you several times but never did you do any adjustments.I was very disappointed with your billing practice and your service.
