St. Charles Community Pharmacy - Prineville

I was in urgent care for intense migraines and had my medication filled here. They said a half hour til it was ready, so I went to pick it up and then they said it wouldn’t be in until the next day. The next day, I called at 12:10 and was told it wouldn’t be ready in an hour. My husband arrived at 4:45 to pick it up, in which it was still not ready. The people working were extremely rude and did not care about the people waiting. I’m switching my medications to CVS. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. It’s been an issue since they changed over from Clinic Pharmacy

Not impressed with the new St. Charles take over of Clinic Pharmacy. 2 days and counting to get a new prescription filled that was sent from my eye doctor. Never had this long of a wait with Clinic Pharmacy. Called twice now and they said the delay was because they don't have it in stock. Glad this isn't a heart or diabetes medication.
