We the ER said I had to have emergency surgery that I had a 17.38 kidney Stone lodged in in my Kidney it was 2 big to be removed that I needed a stint and Dr. Bowen was her to do the surgery I said do what u gotta do I know I’m in good hands. He a very grateful Dr. he done surgery on my daughter several x and this is about to be my 3 surgery bc the stone was so big. And I still have the stint and h have had it since the 7th and it have not give me any problem at all thanks to Dr. Bowen. Love you and ur team you guys are awesome.

I had an emergency and Oncology Associates were able to get me in same day. And also get a CT the following day due to the intensity and what the test in their office showed. I cannot recommend them enough. From Dr. Bowens and Jacobs to the sweet APRN’s, RN’s and Staff. Thank you!

I’m sure the doctors here may be great; however, my experience with the office staff was extremely disappointing. My husband and I are dealing with infertility and were referred here by my OB. When I called, the woman I spoke with was very rude and dismissive. She essentially chewed me out, told me my husband would not be able to get in any sooner than late April or May, and said she was doing me a “favor” by even discussing scheduling—claiming they had not received a referral. This was confusing and upsetting, as my OB had already confirmed that she personally spoke with the staff and the doctor, and that the referral had indeed been sent and received. The staff member then went on to say they never have cancellations, which I know is untrue, as I personally called and canceled our appoi

I had a procedure for a recurring issue that had not responded to conservative treatment. The procedure was presented as a definitive solution, but it patently did not resolve the condition, and issues have continued since. When I raised concerns afterward with the quality department, I was required to attend another billable visit in order for them to discuss anything at all, during which it was acknowledged that my problem had not been solved; yet my symptoms were minimized and I was offered another type of the kinds of conservative treatment that had already failed to produce lasting effects in the past, rather than a clear explanation or corrective plan. Dr. Bowen was great. The receptionist/scheduler I spoke to while trying to schedule a follow up teaching appointment for the next week was unhelpful to the point of being rude. I know good help is hard to find, but surely you can do better than this.
