I had my right knee replaced 7 weeks ago today. I cannot believe how great my physical therapy has been. John, Ian, and Isaiah are absolutely the best ever! All are so knowledgeable and were able to explain what was happening with my knee and how the therapy impacted my healing. In addition, Ian was able to massage my knee to relieve some of the swelling. They are always positive and want their clients to achieve. They are so creative and absolutely wanted to make sure I worked on activities that I would be doing at home. Kathy was so helpful with arranging schedules and answering insurance questions. You absolutely cannot go wrong with In Motion! Thanks so much.

We cannot thank John, Ian and the entire In Motion team enough for everything they have done for Trent from injury, through two surgeries, hours of PT and now back to performance training, both physically and mentally. I was experiencing pretty constant lower back pain with pain shooting down my leg. John, Ian, and Isaiah helped teach me about my injury and helped me get the point of no pain most of the day. I started implementing things they taught me on my own and I feel like a new person. They also listened anytime I was experiencing pain or discomfort during therapy. If you're looking for a great PT, go see John. I'd been dealing with some persistent headaches, and his dry needling treatments really helped clear them up. He’s professional, easy to work with, and definitely knows what he's doing. Highly recommend him if you need someone who gets results.

I initially found In Motion because I was interested in dry needling for my neck. They did a very thorough consultation and recommended that I also do a few sessions of PT as well and it all helped so much. I had been struggling with neck issues for a couple of years and had tried everything with no success. After treatment, I have so much relief and am so thankful.
