This place is freaking horrible. They falsify paper work. The owner will lie on the resident to have them remove if the resident make the staff Job harder. For example, my grandmother was here, and I was told that my grandmother physically put her hands on a nurse, which was a lie not to mention my grandmother suffer from early stage dementia due from her stroke that she had early February, they proceeded to call me at work, telling me that they had to call the cops on my nonverbal Grandmother. She was taken to the hospital where I met her and the owner contact me and told me to let the hospital know that I didn’t want her there anymore, and if I brought her back, he will take the necessary step to have her removed. I have been at this facility for over nine due to complications from diabetes and a recent stroke. When I arrived, I had limited mobility, trouble with coordination, and was struggling to manage my blood sugar levels. I came here hoping to stabilize my condition and work toward regaining independence. Now, nine months later, I have made major progress. With the help of physical and occupational therapy, I am moving around more confidently, and my strength is returning slowly but surely. My blood sugar is also under much better control thanks to consistent monitoring and proper medication. I’ve been associated with St Anthony’s for over 4 yrs. My sister lives there, she’s had MS for over 35 yrs. I’m a dedicated and concerned guardian for her. I’ve been good to the staff who provides care for her. I received a call, because my sister, who’s mentally challenged and disabled, tested positive for marijuana. This concerns me!! So did it come from someone giving it to her? Did she eat something containing marijuana? Safe environment? I’m concerned. Are all employees drug tested? All residents? Even tho marijuana is legal what can this do to her brain already affected with lesions due to MS. I’m working with St Anthony’s and when they figure out what’s happened they will follow up with me. My mother has lived here for numerous years St. Anthony’s has been very responsive to all of my requests. Rachel Ray in Administration goes above and beyond. She’s 100% responsive to anything I’ve requested. The Nursing staff has been alert and responsive to any noticeable changes with my mother and have acted accordingly. Keep up the great work everyone!

My father stayed here for about 3 months and the nursing staff was very compassionate and the wound care was very good.
