We Love Rock Island Animal Hospital! The Dr's, techs, and front desk staff are always friendly, caring and professional. I know my dog is getting great care in their hands! We are on a monthly plan they offer that provides our maintenance prescriptions and checkups to be paid for in monthy increments AND provides an added discount on any unplanned visits and prescriptions! I appreciate the fact that appointments are not necessary and have always been seen in a timely manner. I recommend RIAH to anyone looking for an exceptional vet service for their furry or feathered friends!!!

I brought my beagle, Russel, in today and had a really great experience. He’s normally very anxious at the vet, but the staff were incredibly patient with him and took their time to make sure he felt comfortable. They were great with him from start to finish, and I wouldn’t hesitate to bring him back!

My dog Parmalee has received care from RIAH several times, and each visit has been great! The staff and doctors spend time with us, answering questions and going over care options. They provide different care options within our budget, and our dog always enjoys the extra attention and love she gets from the staff! This place is awesome! My three-year-old German Shepherd had part of his tail cut off in a terrible accident. I knew I couldn’t take him to the regular vet due to the severeness of the injury. I brought him here as it is an animal hospital. Every single person I encountered here from the front desk (Stefanie) to the techs to the veterinarians, were above and beyond professional, knowledgeable, understanding, compassionate, and actually listened to my concerns. The doctors were able to get my dog stabilized and surgery was scheduled. He had to have two surgeries one for the tail and one to be neutered. Affordable, reliable, and very friendly care for our dog. I took my dog for the first time and just showed up without an appointment. We waited our turn and when we got in the room, the tech and the vet both were nothing but kind and caring for our pup. Not only was the service great, but the price was well below what I expected compared with other vets I had seen in the past.
