First of all, I want to say that everyone I talked to were very nice. If money and billing were not factors in deciding where to go for this type of sleep study, then I would actually recommend this place. Hence the 2 stars and not just 1 star review. The problem I had was when the bill arrived. Initially, I had talked to Eliza about setting up an appointment. I appreciated her, as she was open and honest and told me, and told me she did not have that information. *But*, after I shared my hesitation with proceeding, given the unknown cost, she kindly offered to discuss it with a coworker. It was really hard to get an appointment scheduled due to the receptionist being out (sick). Called and left many messages and the only one to call me back was the recovering receptionist. Like, you couldn't get someone to fill in while this poor woman was out? Pretty sure she came back early because she sounded miserable on top of that! After that however, the staff for my sleep study were amazing. The rooms were very accommodating, clean, and staff was helpful to get everything I needed for the study.

I went on a Friday night. My technician was Nicole, who was very kind and easy to work with. The facility was.very clean and incredibly quiet. The bed could be elevated at. head and foot and was comfortable. The private bathroom was large and included a nice-sized shower. The conditions are very good for a reasonable sleep, if your brain will allow it.

Very friendly and helpful. Explained everything very well.
