My aunt has been a resident here 1 1/2 yrs,they have outstanding care,everyone is friendly and caring,the residence is always clean, smells clean, the care is excellent including the nurses and techs,dietary,the activities are well planned,the entertainment is outstanding and the most important thing is she is happy there,they include family in their plan of care, the Dr's and Nurse Practitioners are excellent!! 5 Star care for sure!!!

Terrible with food accommodations, can’t understand half the staff. Pretend to listen to your concerns then throw them in the trash. Won’t even close the door when my grandma is on the toilet. Just leaving everything out for the world too see.

I've been back and forth on whether to do this but people need know how awful this place is. My mom was here after a hospital visit and spent 2 miserable weeks. She sat in dirty diapers, they left her on the toilet and forgot her, she got showered 2 times in 2 weeks, she fell in the bathroom and had to scream for help. She would push her button to get help for the bathroom and she would wait 30 minutes to an hour for anyone to respond! They were completely unprofessional and completely uncaring. And this is with me going up at least twice a day checking on her. DO NOT send your loved ones here!

My MIL spent the worst week of her life at this place before transferring to a different SNF. I had to fight with the staff to get her medication administered on time. Then they ran out because they didn't get it ordered and the pharmacy they use took 8 hours to get a STAT order delivered. Several of the nursing assistants slung Mom around like a rag doll. The room was loud and small and dingy. And the food was horrible. I didn't realize until we moved her how depressing that place was.

My mom was here for skilled nursing after a hip replacement for 6 days. She was only given a shower one day, the first day she was admitted. They would make excuses about not having enough time, then medicate her, which included sleeping pills and then show up 30 minutes later(8pm), and tell her it was time to bathe. Mom was insisting that she didn’t want to walk on a new hip on the sleep meds and they knew it, and they took advantage of it. When she refused to shower after being medicated, the staff then made her sign a sheet of paper saying she refused a shower. When my mother refused to sign their form, the staff became aggressive with her until she reluctantly signed. Staff was also slow to answer the call button.
