St. Ann Rehabilitation and Nursing Center

My mom was transferred to St. Ann's after getting out of the hospital. She was sent here to be rehabbed for her walking. This was the first time my mom had to ever go to a nursing facility and I was very nervous. I have been caregiving 29 years including nursing homes, private care, assisted living group homes with my LNA license. I have not had good experiences working at nursing homes . I have however watched my mom interact with some of the ladies that also was staying at St Ann's and having all three meals with these ladies. Joking around with the aides and nurses. Everyone involved with my moms care were awesome! Food was great I had a meal with my mom it was real good. If more nursing facilities were like this one I would suspect they wouldn't be so skeptical of leaving their loved

Recently my 94-year-old dad was transferred to St. Ann's upon release from the hospital. He is wonderful guy with a sound mind and pleasant disposition. Up until his recent hospital stay, he had been living in a local Independent Living Facility in Dover. Dad has however been dealing with a number of health concerns in recent years, and he felt it was now time where he needed around-the-clock care. The decision to seek out such care came about suddenly during his recent hospital stay and had us scrambling to get him into St. Ann's. My wife and mother were both Nurses who retired from St. Patrick's Manor Nursing Home in Framingham, MA., so he, and the rest of our family, knew clearly what kind of care we wanted from a Nursing Home. A loved one required rehab to retain and rebuild walking skills after a hospital visit. We were very fortunate to work with the rehab staff at St. Ann's. Everyone there from the Administrator, Director of Social Services, RNs, LNAs, PT, OT, and Aides were all welcoming and worked a plan towards discharge. Their compassion at a very stressful time was much appreciated.

St. Ann’s Rehab and Nursing Center truly treats residents like family. From the moment you walk in, it’s clear how much care and attention goes into the environment. It’s clean, welcoming, and well maintained. The staff take the time to know each resident as a person, not just a patient, and that makes all the difference. There’s a wide variety of activities that keep residents engaged, social, and mentally stimulated, and the food is consistently great. This is something residents actually look forward to. Most importantly, there’s a strong focus on dignity, respect, and individual needs. It’s comforting to know your loved one is not only well cared for, but genuinely valued here.

From the admissions process to her continued rehab and care, my loved one's stay has been fantastic. The administrations continued communication with our family and our sister has been comforting. My sister is extremely happy with her food quality and personal care. We don’t know what her long term future will be from the effects of her illness but St. Ann’s home will be our choice for her continued care. This facility is top shelf.
