I felt very good at the end of my sessions with Erin. Right at the beginning she made me feel comfortable and she was very helpful responding and advising on any of my concerns. I have improved my breathing while doing my exercises, reinforced many of my exercises set up and I am much stronger moving by body. I highly recommend Oceanside Physical Therapy for the main raison that they adapt to your needs and the challenge of aging.

I had a wonderful experience working with Andrea at Oceanside Physical Therapy. She's compassionate, attentive, and truly skilled. She helped me through some intense nerve pain in my neck with care and expertise. I always felt heard and supported during each session. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to continue treatment because Oceanside doesn't accept my insurance any longer, which was disappointing. But I'm still incredibly grateful for the progress I made with Andreas's help. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking thoughtful, effective care.
