St Ann Health and Rehabilitation Center

This is one of the best places to put your loved ones. I've gone to this place in the morning, noon and night. Everyone is playing a part in caring for these patients. Everyone is doing a great job. So it's hard for you to work here and not do your job. Because if you didn't do your job, it would be notiable.. I've gone to other nursing homes where hardly no one was doing their job and hardly no one cares. Most of the negative comments on here are not current. Apparently they have made some recent and noticeable improvements/changes.

Went to see my sister and when I walked in she was in her chair but her bed wasn’t made and when they saw me stripping the bed they wanted to act like they were going to do it. There were urine spots and stains on the sheets and pillow cases. It took them 20 min to answer her bell and she is a fall risk patient. I want her out of there!!!

This is the first nursing home that I went to that don't smell like you're in a nursing home. The patients are well cared for. My mom has been there for approx 3 weeks and I have gone there almost every single day... she has always appeared well cared for. The workers have a routine and they get their jobs done.

Overall a decent nursing home from my experience, but I will say that the parking is a nightmare! There is only one narrow parking lot for guests, and if it is full then you have no option but to back out onto a busy road. No luck finding decent street parking. What is the solution?

I’ve had the pleasure to interact with Neimy the administrator, I was given a tour for my loved one. And there was an activity going on and wow, what an experience to see how the residents were enjoying them selves and how everyone worked together!
