SSM Health Urgent Care

Called the urgent care (35 min) and they never picked up. So I go there. I was told another area gets their calls.🙄 I was prescribed 3 days instead of 5 days of meds which would land on a Friday. Of course couldn’t get through the doc or the urgent care so went in Saturday and was told I would have to go through the testing and pay for the visit yet again. By the way posting full names really? Maybe everyone should post their names.

Got an appointment for 2:30pm Was there at 2:20 pm . Was not admitted to see a nurse until 3pm . She took the Covid and Flu test and no one came back for another hour and half!!!!!!! Horrible service !!!

Took my 6 year old here to get tested for strep. We are new to the area and this was our first time at SSM health. Even with filling out new patient registration forms, we were in and out in under 30 minutes. Everyone was very kind and made the process very smooth. Will definitely return for future needs!

I’m 62 so have been to plenty of Urgent Cares in my day. This may be the worst one! On 3 different occasions they have sent our prescription to the wrong pharmacy , after specifically telling them which one! Once was an entirely different pharmacy company!! I was on hold for 32 minutes until they finally closed at 8:00!! The staff is sassy and unapologetic! Baffled at the ineptness! Very sad and frustrating!

I have always gotten excellent care at the Kisker SSM Urgent Care location. The online appointment process is easy, and they do their best to get you seen quickly and are very efficient and friendly. Thank you for your dedication to good care, I appreciate it!
