Excellent service. I walked in and received a warm greeting from the receptionist. A couple of minutes later Donny brought me to the lab and gave a painless blood draw. In and out in less than 5 minutes with friendly service. Thank you!

I scheduled an appointment for 11:00 a.m., but was not seen until approximately 12:30 p.m. While I understand that urgent care facilities must prioritize more serious cases, the purpose of offering appointment times becomes unclear when schedules are not adhered to in a reasonable manner. When the provider entered the room, the interaction felt hurried. I explained that I wanted to discuss potential treatment options, including a steroid injection and/or antibiotics. The provider responded with, “Oh, wishful thinking, huh,” which I personally perceived as dismissive and unprofessional. For clarity, I declined certain optional point-of-care tests that were offered. That was an informed decision, and I expected the same level of professional and respectful communication regardless. (I would leave zero stars if possible for This location only!! Other locations have been amazing) Started my experience of bad when they called me 2 min after making an appointment to ask why I needed xrays done when a CT was just done the day before on my son. Explained why and was told okay we will see you at you're appointment (begrudgingly after asking the nurse assistant if they WANTED to take xrays). Then the nurse practitioner Priya John was very rude and disrespectful, no bedside manner what so ever. Was also told my sons injuries (that I have xray proof of) are just a growing boy. IF I LISTENED TO THE ER DOC AND APRN- CPN PRIYA MY SON COULD VERY WELL BE PARALIZED IF NOT DEAD!!!

I visited this urgent care for a sudden illness and was very impressed with the level of care . The check-in process was smooth , the nurse omar is attentive , and the provider Priy listened carefully to my concerns. I was in and out within thirty minutes with a clear treatment plan. Excellent service! Good job team .

Simply put; my visit to this urgent care was nothing less than amazing. Very friendly from the moment I stepped in through the whole treatment everyone was Happy, friendly, and helpful.
