Honestly wish there was a closer hospital than this one. First time I came here was last year and I had HG and they told me it wasn’t when it was. This time today I’ve been waiting 50 minutes to be seen for cellulitis, in pain and dealing with rude doctors who don’t want to answer a simple question about shift change. Don’t be a doctor/nurse and have an attitude, nobody told you to pick this profession. Be better, no wonder why the reviews are so low. Front desk, sweet heart, nurse that checked me in, very kind. But that doctor? Rude for absolutely no reason. Looks like he don’t even wanna be here.

I came to the emergency room because I was experiencing debilitating neck and back pain that was affecting my quality of life and mobility. I will preface this by saying I do have a chronic condition, and I understand there is not much you can do for me in an emergency room, but they spoke to me as if I was an idiot for being there and incapable of telling the difference between chronic pain and something being wrong in my body. Before the doctor ever came into the room, the nurse told me she “didn’t notice anything wrong” and that my back “probably just hurt from me pushing on it.” Seriously? Place is a joke. Even the response of course. If they wanted to improve, the one person who did try would have called me back when I left a message. The Doctors don't listen, just expect you to pay, pay, pay for all the other doctors in this organization. So they refer and apparently can't do anything themselves but give you pills. Then if you complain (like when the staff lied and didn't get paperwork I needed filled out for my job that nearly got me fired) someone calls you and then says they will be out of the office all day. This was done 4-5 times. One call and she will be out of the office. Then this lovely person says she doesn't like my attitude when I finally had some contact with her, through the app, and this is who was supposed to resolve problems. A pathetic joke. No wonder th

Front desk staff was very friendly, and welcoming, my physician however was incredibly rude. I can understand having a bad day, but maybe you should pick a profession where your bad days don’t become other people’s problems. I frankly would rather suffer in pain than meet with that provider again. It’s sad that this is the type of care to be found in Oklahoma. Update: after speaking with customer service it seems as that maybe this is a top-down issue. If you take any stock into reviews, go see a provider elsewhere.

Leah Hopkins is a HORRIBLE doctor. She does not listen to patients. She calls them liars and chases them into the lobby filled with patients to tell you she nor your insurance actually care about you. The reason she has such an open schedule is due to her inability to do the job she was hired to do. Her bedside manner is disgusting and she escalated situations when the outcome is not in her favor. I would steer clear of her and her office.
