SSM Health Saints Heart

The actual provider is very professional and timely, but the front staff are genuinely the worst. The level of high-school clique vibes is insane. Please fire all of them and start from scratch. I shouldn't be asking for directions and have them roll their eyes at me and still not be helpful in any capacity. After my first visit I needed to schedule multiple follow ups, and the front staff "assisting" me was completely distracted by a full-on non work related conversation with another coworker and did not speak to me except to confirm appointment date/times. It made me feel awkward walking up to the check-out window, as if i wasnt supposed to??? Like really bro??? Client facing positions require professional behavior, so girlies if youre reading this...please fix your face and your attitud

This is the best heart and vascular clinic in the USA!!!! Great doctors, amazing staff and very experienced people doing testing and taking care of you. I give this place five stars.

The doctors are great however the front staff are horrendous. My baby was crying and one of the front staff members mimicked and mocked my baby’s crying. Unprofessional NASTY and childish behavior. Do better

It is Near impossible to get a return call from this office! Doctors prefer evasive procedures. The Hospital Emergency Room couldn't wait to get rid of me. On call Dr spokesaid he spoke to Cardiologist but they had me leave still in AFIB & still with high blood pressure and high pulse rate. I felt like they just slapped a band-aid on then sent me away. No Real resolve at All. At Baptist they would Never have let me leave without complete relief. I'm still suffering and cannot get a human to talk to in their office, left messages, but they have taken weeks to return calls before. So far this time it's been 3 business days waiting. I'm very concerned. 😞😞😞

I can't find proper words for the gratitude I have for Dr. Pappy and Dr. Howell and their entire staff and so many more at SSM. These people are so kind and just beautiful souls. I am tearing up just remembering what they got me through. I have tremendous respect for all of these heroes! All during this Covid nightmare they were there for their patients.
