I go here for my VA Community Care Consult for Holistic Healthcare: Massage Therapy. I am a patient under the care of the very excellent Hayley, LMT. As only one therapist is available, scheduling adequate appointments is insufficient and scarce. I would recommend employing a second therapist to provide additional availability. The receptionists and scheduling coordinators are courteous and respectful. They are friendly and professional. The building is spacious and tidy. The restrooms are sanitary and well-kept. There is a small eatery servicing the entire building. The seating is ample and spaced evenly. There is abundant parking available. I have not received any negative issues with this medical facility.

Worst experience ever! Dr Madelin had my sister come back repeatedly to set her broken wrist. All he wanted to do was keep charging her and the insurance company more money. Wouldn’t X-ray it after he set it, he wanted her to come back again in a week to see if it was in place. Why wouldn’t you do that after you put the cast on!! Now she has to go back for the fifth time! What a scam!!!! I would never go back there!

Bs clinic as a new patient they didn't confirm if known where to go called n was told to arrive within 10 mins you'd be seen timed the ride someone gave was 8 mins and they still turned away a patient I wouldn't recommend at all

My appt was at 2pm with Dr. Hord. I sat and waited in the exam room for 45 minutes! Listening to them laugh and carry on. I'm never going.back!
