Midwest Dental - Fond du Lac East

I had to have a crown done. The staff was great. The receptionist was very friendly and efficient. The dental assistant was knowledgeable and helpful. She put me at ease right away. The dentist was great also. He consistently checked that I was doing ok. And told me right away that if I felt any pain to let him know immediately. I am glad I went to Midwest Dental. And I’ll continue to do so.

I’m relatively new to Midwest Dental and have only been here twice. I had an inlay that came loose, I called and got an appointment. It wasn’t an emergency so it was in a couple of days. I went in and met a new dentist everyone was very friendly. I have to take a premed due to having sepsis and Mersa in the past and being infection susceptible. I got a prescription from my family physician but I did ask the dentist about it and he did say he would give me one if I couldn’t get one from my family Dr. my history is complicated. I thought that was very nice. He explained everything he did even though I knew what he was doing been through it before. It was a very enjoyable trip for someone who has not liked dentists since she was a young child. Life does get easier. Thank you Dr Ale

I went there recently for a cleaning and check up. Carrie was my hygienist and she was wonderful! I had xrays done also and it went very smoothly. The receptionist was pleasant and I'm glad they changed their reminders from the landline to my cell phone which they can text, making it much easier to keep track of appointments. The dentist is pleasant also, always takes good care of me and my teeth 😬 😁! Catherine Kiar

Dr. Halbach (spelling might be wrong) was amazing! He made me feel comfortable and I didn’t feel judged. He didn’t rush and answered all my questions. I’m not sure what the name of the dental assistant/hygienist was but she was absolutely amazing also. I hope I get her next time! I’d give more than 5 stars if possible!

I had an excellent first visit,exam and cleaning! The care and knowledge were professional. We created a game plan for future care of my teeth. Looking forward to future visits!
