SSM DePaul Health Center

This hospital is a living nightmare. They put me in a stretcher in hall for the first day I was there. I got lucky and had the one nurse that was good but the other patients there needed to be in a phycward and not a hospital. Staff was loud and inconsiderate about quiet hours. I expanded my experience with one of the head registered nurses and her response was, "Well, this isn't the Renaissance." I can't wait to get the bill from here. I could have treated myself better at home.

Last week was probably the 4th time I have had to go to the ER in the past 10 years. From the ER staff to the staff in the Pulmonary Medicine Unit on the 5th floor of the hospital everyone was compassionate & professional. The doctors and nurses I dealt with are a credit to SSM Health & especially SSM DePaul Health Center. It is a blessing to have that hospital in the North County area!

My boyfriend went to the out patient surgery center to have a kidney stone blasted. Everyone was very caring and professional. Very clean .would recommend to others

Came to the ER with fractured ribs and fractured shoulder blade. It took them 2 hours to see me while I fought for air. Do not come to this hospital if you need immediate attention.

My grandmother was brought here when she became ill. She has since passed, and simply had succumbed to her condition. However, in spending 8 straight days in the critical care room and waiting room, we were welcomed by the staff and felt safe with our grandma being there. Each staff member that belonged to this critical care unit was extremely diligent. They all answered our plethora of questions, gave us transparent feedback, and allowed us some space to be with her when she didn't have immediate needs. Once specific staff member, Josephine, went above and beyond in her explanation of what she had, what they needed to do to treat her, and what they would expect in the following days. She spoke to our grandma as well letting her know what she was doing each step of the way. Her care meant
