Used to love this place and recommended a lot of people here but now, not so much. Inconsistent hours & inconsistent staffing. Have been going here with my family for a couple years now. Last time my daughter and I were in for a cleaning, the dentist wasn’t even in to go over our teeth. Hygienist said “he’s not in today so you’re good to go after your cleaning.” Which I found to be very odd… Had a 6 month follow up cleaning and had to call to double check my new insurance but Google said they were closed Thursdays. Called the next day, Friday, and their voicemail said they were actually open Thursdays and closed Fridays. Called the following Monday during normal business hours, no one answered, voicemail said they were not open even though Google said they were. Apparently the receptionist

I would not recommend to go to Hilltop Dental. They are okay with dental cleanings but when I had to return for more work, my experience was tragic. My Dentist had to do the same procedure twice and did not do a good job the second time. I was not going to give him a chance to do the same procedure three times but went to someone else to correct his multiple mistakes. 6 weeks later, I received a bill in the mail which I paid. I was sent a second bill for the second procedure cause they must have billed my insurance twice. My husband found the bill and paid it. They should not have billed me for the second time around and spoke with the "office manager". She said she would send us a refund in the mail but I had to call a second time to ask for it again some 4 weeks later. I was not happy ab

Have been a patient for over 5 years.. staff have always been great.. procedures have been awesome, they work with my schedule to fit me in and great to accommodate squeeze in appt for emergencies. Highly recommend.

Matthew and his team will take wonderful care of you! I would never go to another dentist!
