Chestnut Hills Dental Johnstown Richland

I am a fan of the staff at Chestnut Hills especially Sierra the dental hygienist and Dr. Simanski who provide excellent care. The only issue is scheduling and waiting for appointments for dental work. That is beyond the control of the Doctor and the dental staff. This needs to be addressed by the management and ownership of this business Again the Johnstown staff is awesome and the wait time situation needs addressed

Everyone is super friendly and helpful. The dentist and hygienist are very knowledgeable and thorough. Always a great experience. My only concern this time was the 10 month wait til my next cleaning. I really prefer to keep to the six month mark. Hoping to get in sooner than scheduled. 🤞🤞

Melissa Meden is a great hygienist. We love seeing her. Office staff is always pleading couldn’t say anything bad about our experience.

The office personal are very nice and knowledgeable. The dentist was very nice and caring. That's very important to me when selecting a medical provider. That being said, making an appointment wasn't a good experience. I was given the wrong date for my appointment and showed up for said appointment 1 month earlier than it was actually scheduled. When I returned on the correct date I was informed that they didn't take one of my insurance plans (a big factor in making the appointment at this practice to begin with). This made me extremely irritated as I was on the phone with the person who took my information for over 30 min. She did not inform me that she was an answering service conducting the intake of my personal information. Had I known this, I would have phoned another time or picked

I always enjoy my visit with my dental higentist, Melissa. She makes me very comfortable at each and every visit. We also chit chat during my exam. She always remembers how I hate the polishing, and we laugh about that. 😉
