I woke up with intense pain in my left shoulder and neck and looking EVERYWHERE for any availability that was open for same day and finally stumbled upon Squeeze. I got paired with Dawn and she was absolutely amazing. Very attentive and skilled in communicating what she was feeling in my body to me and knowing exactly what and where to work on

I love Squeeze, I have been to a lot of massage places and this is in my top 5. Michel was the best, he got all the knots out my neck and back. The ambience is calming.You have your choice of music. I also love the fact that you can pick your aroma.Therapy for the room, the table is warm.I enjoy the conversation.Everything was wonderful.

I really enjoyed my service here. Tia was my massage therapist and she was magic. So relaxing, perfect amount of pressure. I loved the customizable sound and aromatherapy. Seemless check in and out. I’ll definitely be back!

I was a member at Squeeze for about 9 months. I generally enjoyed my massages there as the experience overall was pretty great compared to other chain/franchise massage spots. The included customizations are a great addition and the check in/out process is incredible. 5 stars for not trying to sell me something on the way out the door. The majority of my sessions were solid though I had a couple that were definitely not up to standard. However, on both occasions, support reached out to me and offered either a credit or a free session to make up for it which I really appreciated. I do feel that with chains like this, the consistency isn't always there but that's a part of the process I suppose. That being said, it was always SO COLD in there! I generally don’t write reviews but I’d rather save someone else the pain. While I have been here once before and had a 5 star massage, today was honestly the worst massage I’ve received. I had booked with the same therapist as the first time but when I arrived I was told he was sick and that I would be with someone else. Things happen and I don’t mind that he was unavailable but I wish they would have called ahead and I would have just cancelled. Instead I got a therapist who did not listen to my concerns or my intake form. The drapping was loose and unprofessional. I asked for more time on my shoulders and they were hardly addressed at all, instead he spent time on my calves, which I asked low to no pressure and that was ignored.
