This primary care keep canceling My appointment I truly need to see the doctor I had my son back in October Penn hospital keep calling as a follow and said I must see a physician so they can give me a referral to see a heart specialist Pennsylvania Hospital keep calling every month to make sure I follow up with primary care in this primary care facility. Keep canceling my appointment without accommodating me very unprofessional and unorthodox.

Contrary to many reviews, I had an exceptional experience here as a new patient! The facility is immaculate and the waiting room is spacious, bright, and quiet with a gorgeous view. Joe at reception was so friendly and attentive and went above and beyond to make my check-in/check-out experience perfect. I even asked for nail polish remover and was provided with some swabs to use! The intake with Iris was very thorough and relaxed and she was so lovely. There was a bit of a wait, but when Dr. Khawja arrived I immediately felt like I was in great hands and she addressed every single one of my issues and questions. She clearly has extensive experience handling patients and was able to explain everything in simple terms and very kindly. I am so thrilled I'm able to have her as my new PCP! I

The soonest they could see me was three months out. Appointment finally came, and traffic was terrible, so I got there 8 minutes after my appointment. Because it was a first appointment, they said I needed to get there 15 minutes early - so they couldn’t see me anymore and needed to reschedule. Then they rescheduled me another three months later. You’re better off just using one of the Telehealth services like one medical.

I was a patient with spruce internal medicine for nearly 30 years, starting in the 90s. As years passed and doctors came and left, they shifted me around from doctor to doctor and I was always fine with those changes. My most recent doctor, as a habit, made me wait past my appointment time for an hour and a half or two hours. This wasn’t just once in a while, this went on for a couple years. When I asked to switch to another doctor in the practice, I was told to go find another practice altogether. So, I did. I switched to a practice outside of Penn medecine. Recently my pharmacy contacted spruce internal medicine about a prescription and rather than saying that I am no longer a patient there they declined the renewal. Was 2 minutes late for my appointment because the bus was stuck on two blocks for 30 minutes and they would not see me. Very cruel policy for anyone taking time out of their day to see the doctor. Have to wait over a month to see a doctor now
