Springfield Urgent Care - Saginaw

The people in the clinic are always friendly, helpful, and great. It's easy to make appointments. The facility is always spotless. Everything is flawless -- except for trying to deal with billing. I've been trying to speak to someone just to have my second insurance billed for over a year. I've asked in person and they don't handle it there. I've called and been directed to the billing extension probably a dozen times -- no one has ever answered that extension or returned the voicemails I've left. I don't understand the purpose of that extension. Even if it's not handled at that "billing" extension either - I can't see how a person could be checking the voicemails and hear all those from the same person for so long a period of time and not at least call back at some point and direct me t

Springfield is my go-to whenever my family or I need urgent care. The facility is always clean, and the staff is absolutely wonderful. Luanda is especially kind and caring — she truly makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. Tiffany always takes great care of us and makes the process quick and easy. I believe we’ve seen just about all of the providers here, and every single one has been awesome. From the front desk to the providers, everyone is thorough, patient, and takes the time to listen and answer all of your questions. They make sure the necessary testing is done, and I always feel confident in the care we receive. I highly recommend Springfield Urgent Care.

Besides the facility being clean and cozy, the staff members were all great. Tiffany at the front desk was super helpful during check in and took the time to look up my information without making it feel rushed. Luzinda, who took my vitals, was very sweet and answered all of my questions patiently. Dr. Michael was quick and professional, and made sure everything was clear. Overall, all of my questions were answered and everyone I interacted with was kind and respectful.

These guys are the best. Never have a wait time, they get you seen and back in a waiting room within 5-10 minutes and have excellent staff and doctors. Always a 5 star experience. Haleigh and Jessica were phenomenal and patient. It took a lot to fix my ear issue and they went about it like true professionals. I’ll never go anywhere else for urgent care ESPECIALLY compared to MedExpress.

This place is awesome! I’m a travel nurse from out of town and not familiar with many places in the Saginaw area. I suffered a back injury and was looking for an urgent care in the area. I read the reviews for the Springfield urgent care and they were pretty good. From the moment I walked in I felt all positive vibes from the staff. Haleigh was very warm and welcoming. Luanda was exceptional! She saw how much pain I was in and took me back right away to be seen. She checked on me every couple of minutes to make sure I was OK until Jessica, the PA was able to see me. She even walked me out to my vehicle to make sure I got there safely. My visit wasn’t very long and I was out within a half hour. Jessica was very thorough and knew exactly what to do to take care of my needs. Thank you all aga
