Springfield Pediatrics

Very poor attention. The staff is not kind when dealing with children, and their explanations to adults are unclear and rushed. They attend to patients very quickly without giving time to ask questions or express concerns. There is a lack of patience and empathy in the way they treat families. I wouldn't recommend this place based on my experience.

From the front the receptionist greets politely and with a smile. Not much of a wait and when my son didn't have an appointment and was sick they still saw my son and the doctor didn't rush through took his dedicated time to take care of my son. The nurses are sweet, kind, and patient with him and keeps him smiling and even when receiving immunization shots manage to make him happy.

The only reason I gave a one star is because there isn’t an option for NO STARS. This office is TERRIBLE. The staff is rude, irresponsible, and unprofessional. I’ve never had such a terrible experience at a children pediatric office. The receptionist Pillar (I believe that’s her name) was extremely rude from the moment I walked in. She had me and my crying baby waiting for an hour and a half. My daughter is extremely sick and no one even asked if she was okay hearing her cries. After waiting so much time to be seen by the doctor for literally 5 minutes, my patience was running low. I asked for a detailed summary and the receptionist told me “you have to wait” as if I did not wait a long time already. I’ve been to other offices before and no one was ever rude to me. Dr Lozano is the best, he is very knowledgeable and explain everything in detail. my 4 kids love Dr Lozano.

This place is horrible !! First i had an appointment for 9 i get here theres absolutely No parking i had to park THREE BLOCKS AWAY ! Then i get in and i have to wait in a waiting room overly filled . Now usually i wouldnt care about Waiting but my Child was here for a case Of lice !!! So they had a potential outbreak of lice sitting in a waiting room With atleast 8 other kids. The livingston office is sooo much better .
