Springfield Dental Care

I was hoping to get a review request!! I had both my children & when they say God puts you in the path of people for a reason... that is no joke!! We got placed w/Sophie & I she was hands down amazing!!! She was so extremely patient w/us, she was able to "mom" task doing her job & help w/keeping my kids out of the room for xrays!! She did not lose her patience once & even as I was frustrated... she was so calm! She let the 2yr old sit next to his big brother & even checked his teeth when the older one asked if she could look him over as well to make sure he was ok as well! Dr. B was also great with the boys & also looked at the younger one to make the older one feel better! Best 1st experience ever!!! The oldest is even willing to go back!

The team yesterday was awesome!! Zach, I believe a Laura or Lauren, and Dr M were fantastic an thorough. They made my experience pleasant, professional, and explained things I had questions about. Shout out to Zach specifically for how he guided the whole process. Going from a private dentist with old tech to this location was a lot different, but his preemptive explanations allowed me to have an experience that made me feel comfortable. Thank you!

Overall, my experience was good. All of the staff that I encounter were friendly and helpful. The only reason for the 4 star is my wait time for the dental hygienist. I was taken back promptly, had a 3d scan done, teeth polished, and physician exam and then had to wait an additional 30min for the hygienist to come in to clean my teeth. It seemed a little backwards honestly.

My 6 year old daughter and I have both been patients here for several years. We were seen yesterday for routine cleanings. Everyone from the front desk, to our hygienists, and the dentists all take exceptional care of us. They make my daughter feel safe & explain everything to her in a way she understands. Special thank-you to Zach and Heather for being amazing with her!

Everyone was very nice! The lady I had was awesome and just down to earth. Also the dentist that looked at my teeth was very nice and explained my options very well. I'm am satisfied with my visit. I recommend this place. Price was a little high but that's everywhere you go anymore.
