Spring Creek Healthcare Center

Spring Creek Healthcare Center has been a wonderful place for my loved one. The staff is caring, attentive, and truly takes the time to treat residents with dignity and respect. The nurses and CNAs are hardworking and compassionate, and communication with families has been clear and consistent. The facility is clean, well-organized, and you can tell the team genuinely cares about the residents’ comfort and well-being. I’m very grateful for the care provided and would highly recommend Spring Creek Healthcare Center to anyone looking for a supportive and professional healthcare facility.

As a loving daughter, I wanted to leave an honest review. I also work in healthcare, so I understand how busy and demanding these settings can be. Unfortunately, we had repeated issues with communication and follow-through on the nursing side, especially with nursing management. Concerns often had to be raised more than once and still did not feel fully heard or addressed, which was extremely stressful when it came to my dad’s care. That said, Kayla, the social worker, was truly outstanding from the very beginning, starting with our tour. She consistently listened, followed through, and genuinely cared about my dad and our family. All of the staff at Spring Creek are very friendly and work hard at keeping the place clean and residents happy. I’m sure it’s difficult to keep a smile all the time but they manage to do it. This place really doesn't care too much for my friend that is a resident there. I took her on an outing and we came back to drop her off after midnight. We were at the front entrance which is not the main entrance but is the door you see when you pull in. We rang and rang the doorbell for 10 minutes until I finally got upset. I called the facility and told them we had been ringing the doorbell. They tell me they cant hear the doorbell from where they are. What's the point of having the doorbell then? Then they tell me they would come let my friend in. We waited another 5 minutes. I had to stand at a windows and wave my arms like a crazy bird trying to fly with the light on on my phone until they turned around and started walking towards the door. Absolutely ridiculous. Don't make sense.

Some people go to work, do their job and go home. Others take their jobs to a whole new level and their job goes home with them. Skilled nursing is a tough industry! And the administration/ management team at Spring Creek is going above and beyond to bring needed improvements to the industry and their facility. There have been new hires in management/administration that are focusing on patient needs, proper staffing ratios, clear communication with family, and ongoing training to enhance caregiver skills. In addition, they've made vast improvements with state regulations/ compliance. During the holiday season the staff hosted a charity drive in their own local neighborhoods to provide generous amounts of clothing, blankets and personal toiletry items for the patients at Spring
