Carethera Pharmacy

Wonderful experience, the pharmacists and staff are always very friendly and accommodating to my questions and concerns. They sell me my medication at a lower price than regular pharmacies, and are very transparent about my costs and copays for medication. Even if they are busy, they still make a great effort to get my prescriptions done as quickly and smoothly as possible. A great pharmacy that is very kind to their customers and cares for your needs!

This pharmacy has a great friendly and courteous staff. I was staying with my wife in the hospital for quite some time and I ran out of my insulin to treat my diabetes. I live in northern utah and didnt want to drive all the way home and back just to get what I needed. I had a rx and this pharmacy transfered it to there place, took my insurance information and filled it for me in a timely manner. It saved me time, money and from driving a long ways needlessly. They are right next door to the hospital in the medical building side. Give them a visit you will be glad you did.

I used to keep 4 pharmacies on speed dial because filling my script was a continual month by month issue due to inventory shortages. I found Carethera Pharmacy inside St. Marks Hospital three years ago - give or take a few months, and since then I have never once needed to fill elsewhere.

From knowing me by name to calling my insurance to save me time, this is the best little pharmacy I've ever found. The pharmacist has came in to help me on days that he was closed and has stayed after closing for 15 minutes to give me time to get there. You'll never find this kind of customer service in a chain pharmacy.

I use this pharmacy because I work in the building. Multiple times when I have been in to pick up a prescription I have had the pharmacist practically yell questions at me, my name, date of birth, etc. everyone waiting heard all my information. I also had some cream prescribed to me a long time ago. I filled it once and never used it again. 4 times in a row while picking up my cholesterol medication they filled that cream. 4 times I told them I am not using it and to cancel it. I have NEVER asked for a refill on it. Recently I went in on a Wednesday asking for a refill on my cholesterol meds. I told them I would pick it up in 2 days on Friday. I went in Monday instead 5 days later and the girl at the window told me it had not been filled but the cream was ready. The pharmacist had to get i
