Spring City Pet Care

Our boston baby, Bo, tore his eyelid and we had just moved to the area (Pikeville) so we had no idea where to go. We prayed and started looking online and felt like Dr Sachs was where we needed to go. I am so grateful we did because although it was Monday morning after the thanksgiving holiday, Dr Sachs came in and assessed the situation and assured us he would be okay and took care of our baby that day. The office staff was friendly and compassionate, the facility was clean and the whole experience far surpassed our expectations.We were also pleasantly surprised with how affordable his treatment was.Though we live almost an hour away, this will be our vet. Thank you Dr Sachs and staff for taking such good care of our family!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Sachs and his team! I have been a loyal client for 20+ years, and he has always gone above and beyond in caring for my animals. Dr. Sachs is incredibly understanding, patient, and compassionate, and his staff reflects that same care. I trust them completely, and I can't imagine going anywhere else.

They are amazing. Our dog was bit by another dog and not doing well - they brought her back immediately and started giving her care without any wait. Even with all they did we only paid a VERY reasonable price. I’d absolutely recommend them!!

We LOVE taking our fur babies here. Just had our youngest spayed and the staff kept us informed of the entire process. Everyone is always SUPER nice, every time. Highly recommend!

Took Bailee several times paid lots $$$$ for prednisone (which I've told him several times he can't take it) kept telling me he was fine but he's not fine he is full of tumors! He's inoperable. I called Dr Sachs office to let them know that they say he is fine but he's not fine he is full of tumors and Rachel said OH OK and hung up on me. So rude and unsympathetic and unprofessional! My baby may have been able to had surgery but Dr Sachs kept saying he's fine.
