Spring City Care and Rehabilitation Center

I have had nothing but a great experience since I've been here. Staff and nurses have been great! Everyone is really sweet and welcoming. Really helps for those of us who couldn't do even the little things for ourselves. Really clean too. Rehab has been great and understanding.

My mother will be going to signature for rehab. I want to say Emily has done a wonderful job corresponding with myself and facility in setting up this transfer. Emily was quick in response and was able to send me all the admissions packet and even was able to answer some of the questions while I was filling out the paperwork. There was a hiccup but Misty and Emily was on it quickly to have it resolved!

My sister was there for a couple weeks, and I just can't say enough good things about your facility, when I first walked in I was impressed by the quiet, cheery atmosphere. Next, her room was so nice with large windows for a great outdoor view and I know she appreciated that. The staff there were dedicated to her well-being and all were happy to assist her, whatever the need. I would not hesitate to go to Spring City Nursing Home and Rehabilitation if I needed to.

Mom had Great Nurses, CNAs, & Therapists!!! Several of the other Staff would check in on us!!! Thank You for the great care Mom received!!! If she ever needs Rehab again, we'll be back!!!

The team at Spring City are so caring and really take care of their residents. I have met with them at events and they are always welcoming. Amanda their regional also does a great job on explaining their services and goals.
