I can’t say enough good things about my experience here. Jasmine, my dental hygienist, is absolutely incredible. She is kind, patient, thorough, and genuinely caring. She made the entire cleaning comfortable and actually enjoyable, taking the time to explain everything and making sure I felt at ease the whole visit. Dr. K is just as amazing. He is professional, knowledgeable, and approachable. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and the quality of care he provides. I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at this office. I was told I needed multiple procedures, including recommending me out to an endodontist, and was given a treatment plan that would have cost me a decidedly absurd amount. Something didn’t sit right with me, so I sought a second opinion from another dentist. I was informed that the majority of the recommended services were completely unnecessary. On top of that, I was quoted prices that were significantly higher than what other dental offices in the area charge for the same procedures. It is deeply concerning to think that patients may be pressured into costly and unnecessary treatments. I love Cindy and Dr. Knauer! I have been their patient for many years and they have taken excellent care of teeth and gums. They are also extremely nice people!

I only give two because the dentist was nice. The assistant who did the X-ray and cleaning was extremely rude. I'm not going back. Stay away and do your online research for finding a place. There are a lot of great places out there that their staff treat you with respect.
